Cyberformed: Power Opt-in/out?

hellsringmasterSince he's the King of Hell and deal with souls on the regular, I've been including amongst Lucifer's abilities to detect the presence of a soul at close range (we're talking typical conversation distance). It's important to know if someone else has already made a Deal and taken a soul.
Lucifer cannot track or identify a specific soul, just tell if one is nearby/within an individual. I don't play D&D but I imagine it's like Detect Magic or something.
If your character does or does not have a soul, or if you would like to opt-out of this power, please let me know. Since we've established Heaven and Hell don't exist in this universe, it's plenty easy to just say this power isn't working right.
